Magic Hearing Tablets

Approx 250 gms Lambs Liver
1 medium Carrot
Olive Oil

Put Liver into a casserole dish, chop carrot on top. Cover with boiling water put lid on dish and place on bottom oven shelf gas mark 4 for 45 minutes.

Remove liver, put on baking tray, couple of drops of olive oil on each piece (I put a couple of drops of truffle oil too).

Put back onto bottom oven shelf gas mark 1 for approx 2 hours turning half way through.

Turn oven off after the 2 hours and leave to cool in the oven.

Chop into treat sized pieces and serve.

The remaining juice and carrot in the casserole dish can poured over the dog’s tea.
